I have another 12x12 to share with you. For this one I created my own background using a water bottle and paint! It was so easy and I really like the outcome. I used the mouth part of an empty water bottle without the cap and first put it in some blue paint and then dipped it in some white paint and then stamped it on my background. By keeping the two paint colors separate it allowed for a variation of color which I think added to the cool factor. Some times when I stamped down an air bubble was created and thats why some of them are more filled in than others, for example the two underneath the picture.
For the journaling I used the pen feature on my silhouette and it wrote beautifully on vellum. To create the hearts I cut out several using different pattern paper and then cut some in half and glued them on top of each other. The super cute text pattern paper is Teresa Collins and the flowers are Tim Holtz.
